MatchStaff is a free non-commercial matching platform for companies and IT specialists worldwide. We help teams and specialists connect across the world and support a free, open internet — without recruiter intermediaries, commissions, or public résumés.

The client publishes a request with budget and stack. The algorithm builds a shortlist from market profiles and specialists from partner companies. The company sends invites, both sides discuss details in chat, and contacts are revealed only after mutual consent.
