- Is this a job board?
- No. MatchStaff is a free non-commercial invite-only matching platform: companies publish requests and send invites from shortlists. You do not apply to every job on the market — you receive relevant offers with Match Score.
- How do I find an IT project or side work?
- Register, complete your profile, and pass moderation. Enable “Active”. Companies that include you in a shortlist will send invites — in Invites and Projects.
- Is there a platform commission?
- No. MatchStaff is free and non-commercial: it does not charge specialists or companies for matching (0% platform commission).
- When are company contacts revealed?
- After mutual agreement: you accept an invite or start a discussion — chat opens and contacts are shared according to platform rules.
- Can I receive invites while on an active project?
- With a full-time project, new invites are blocked until completion. With part-time work you can keep matching open — configure this in your profile.
- Why are there only numbers on the page, not job listings?
- We do not publish request details or résumés publicly. This page shows aggregated statistics; full shortlists and invites are available after registration.
- How often is the data updated?
- Statistics on catalog pages are refreshed roughly every hour from active requests and verified profiles.
