Specify role, stack, rate, employment format, and GitHub. Companies build shortlists from requests — you do not browse every job on the market; you receive invites when you match.
Résumés and contacts are not in the public index: they are visible only to both parties after mutual consent.
2. Pass auto-moderation
The moderation traffic light considers GitHub, portfolio, and profile completeness. Turn on the “Active” toggle when you are ready for new offers.
3. Respond to relevant invites
In Invites and Projects — offers with Match Score from companies that selected you in their shortlist. Discuss in chat, accept or decline without spam.
